The inflection of verbs is one of the difficult parts of learning Italian since there are numerous inflection patterns. "Italian Verbs 1.2.5" is a database that helps you to learn these patterns and refresh your knowledge about the rules for the inflection of verbs.
Features
The database contains 490 irregular verbs, and 560 regular ones. There are 9 predefined custom groups of verbs:
• irregular verbs with suffix -ire,
• irregular verbs with suffix -are,
• irregular verbs with suffix -ere,
• intransitive regular verbs with suffix -are that form compound tenses with "avere",
• 50 most common verbs,
• 100 most common verbs,
• 150 common verbs,
• 200 common verbs,
• 250 common verbs.
Quick Start
To open this database you should use the application "Verbs & Nouns" version 1.2.9 or higher. It is incompatible with "Verbs & Nouns" version 1.2.8 or earlier (opening this database with "Verbs & Nouns" version 1.2.7 or earlier will lead to its corruption so check the version of your "Verbs & Nouns" application first). You can download the program "Verbs & Nouns" from the same place as this database (check for instance: <ftp://ftp.amug.org//pub/info-mac/edu/lang/> ).
Install the "Verbs & Nouns" application on your hard disk. If you are the registered user of "Verbs & Nouns" then make sure that you have entered your registration code at the program startup. Double-Click the "Italian Verbs 1.2.5" database (make sure that "Italian Verbs 1.2.5" and "Italian Verbs 1.2.5 keys" files are in the same folder). Read the section on "Using the Inflection Database" from the "Verbs&Nouns Read Me" file.
Important Note: If you are using the unregistered version of "Verbs & Nouns" then only 50 verbs are visible (the rest are hidden), and the custom groups show only 20 verbs each (if you want to change the custom groups contents in the unregistered mode then be aware that this will save the custom groups as you see them removing the hidden entries from these groups, so it is not recommended).

Registration
To get an access to all 1060 verbs you have to be a registered user of the "Verbs & Nouns" program, otherwise only 50 verbs are available. There is no extra fee for using this database. All registered users of the previous versions of "Italian Verbs" are automatically registered users of "Verbs & Nouns".
